Pro Plus is an add-on to Pro: 5,000 commands per month and 25 administrations instead of 10, for €89 per month excl. VAT. You switch it on and off yourself from your dashboard; switching off takes effect from the next month.

What does it cost?
There's a free plan: 200 commands per month and 2 administrations, for €0. Starter is €19 (750 commands, 3 administrations), Pro €49 (2,500 commands, 10 administrations, including writing) and Enterprise from €249 (unlimited commands and administrations, 5 users included, then €49 per extra user). All prices are per month and exclude VAT. So you can try it free before you pay.
How many questions can I ask per month?
We count in commands (the individual actions the AI performs), not questions. A question costs about 3 commands on average, so the number of questions is an estimate; you see commands exactly in your dashboard. Free: 200 commands (≈ 60 questions). Starter: 750 (≈ 250). Pro: 2,500 (≈ 800). Enterprise: unlimited. Connecting and fetching the tool list don't count.
Can it write to Exact, or only read?
Read-only by default. Writing (creating invoices, journal entries and more) is included on Pro and Enterprise. You enable it per administration and every write action is recorded in an audit log. Deleting is never possible.
What is a "question"?
We show you the number of questions you can ask (~60, ~250, ~800). Internally, each question uses 2-4 API calls on average. A complex question with follow-ups may use more.
What is an "administration"?
An administration is a company or accounting entity in Exact Online. Many entrepreneurs have a holding + operating company (= 2 administrations). Free covers 2, Starter 3 and Pro 10. More than that, for instance as a bookkeeper or accounting firm? Switch on the Pro Plus add-on for 25 administrations at €89/month excl. VAT; beyond that, Enterprise has no limit.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes, you can switch plans anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades at the end of your billing period.
How does billing work?
Billing runs through our invoicing system Slimme Uren. You receive a monthly invoice by email (excluding VAT), no credit card and no setup fees.
What about data privacy?
We are fully GDPR compliant. Data is processed within the EU and we only store OAuth tokens, not your business data.
How can I cancel my subscription?
Cancel anytime via your dashboard. You keep access until the end of your paid period, then you're automatically moved to the free plan.
